I attended my first eBay University class in January 2005 in Nashville, TN. It was there that I met Janelle Elms. After sitting through her session, my head was filling up with ideas to implement when I got home! At the close of her session, she knew that we still had more questions, so she graciously offered to meet with us in the hotel lobby to learn more about what was to come in the eBay world.
Armed with information and inspiration, I got my eBay store into gear and quickly became a Power Seller. I also signed up for Janelle’s OSI newsletter. OSI stands for Online Success Institute. It’s filled with excellent information about eBay and for any entrepreneur on the internet.
One of her newsletters posted an invitation to become a beta tester and promoter of her upcoming website, OSI Rock Stars. I applied for the position of beta tester, but she chose me to be both tester and promoter.
